Plugging the ports?

My VTF-2 Just arrived but I'm a bit confused about how to plug the ports. Do I just stuff a sock inside a port? Or was I supposed to receive some sort of plugging device or something??

Give Hsu a call...it should have come with a plug.

What does the plug look like? It came with a cord and an envelope that had directions and a cd.

Is it possible it was somewhere I missed??

It is a bit hard to miss it, but its a gray foam plug about 3" in diameter and should be in one of the two ports from new.

As Curtis said give Hsu a call straight away if it is not in one of the ports or in the box.

Yes, please call us at 1-800-554-0150 and we will send you the port plug right away. You can also leave a message with your invoice number on the answering maching or send an email to orders@hsuresearch.com with the invoice number. Sorry for the oversight. It is a black foam plug that enables the sub to play in max extension mode. In the meantime you can use the sub in max output mode, just make sure to flip the switch on the back to max output mode.
