The directivity of the horn does narrow the dispersion a bit by its very nature. However, why you would want to narrow the dispersion is another thing. What tends to happen with a lot of dome tweeters is that it tends to have a very wide dispersion at the crossover and when the woofer comes in, the dispersion narrows. So off axis, it wouldn't be smooth/musical. With the directivity of the horn, it does allow you to have a more consistent dispersion at the crossover so it there won't be a huge peak at the crossover point. Matching is always an ideal, however they are very large and heavy. It would be somewhat difficult to mount the HB-1 Mk2's properly to the ceiling. Also keep in mind that surround material is generally pretty different than the main, so even if the speakers differed slightly than the mains, it won't be AS noticeable.
