Something is wrong with your comparison..... I had a VTF3-MK3 and bought a MFW-15 to replace it. The Hsu is an awesome subwoofer, but with a 12" woofer it doesn't have enough excursion to overcome...

I used a RS analog spl and experimented with different settings.

Looks like the spreadsheet is saying play 50Hz warble and adjust to 83db. Looks like its level matching below the crossover point...

Title says it all. I have access to an electrician as a friend and was curious if 240V was a better performing voltage for the VTF3-MK3? I am reading about jumping the two 120V out of phase lines...
