Update 2: The difference between the HSU stock BASH amp and the Marani amp was so profound I have now bypassed the original amps on both units and am running one sub on each channel of the amp. Quite a difference in performance! They never hit so hard in all the years I have run these subs. I'm actually fairly impressed with the HSU driver and its ability to handle more (carefully filtered) power. HSU could get a lot more out of these drivers with an amp upgrade.
