I think the looks of the parts espress stands are much better. I can tell you the parts express stands are well-made. Also, are the IKEA stands adjustable? It looks like you may have to screw the speaker onto the IKEA stands. Just my 2 cents. I am a very happy VTF-3, VT-12, and parts express owner.
