Ship to US PO Box - transport to Ontario

Does anyone have experience with shipping a HSU product/system to a PO Box - to say Buffalo or Niagara, and bringing over to Ontario?

Interested to know if you had to pay DUTY or not? I know the taxes can't be avoided, unless the border agent lets you pass through without checking etc.

I recently got a quote to ship the VTF-15 (5.1 system) and with duties and taxes and brokerage, I am paying almost $1000 MORE than the cost of the system!!

Can anyone confirm if the ground shipping cost listed on the site (~$273 in my case) is to ANYWHERE in the continental USA and would it be the same for a PO Box?
