2 Subs - Different Settings??

I have been living with my 2 VTF-15H MK2's for a little while now and am in the process of upgrading main and surround speakers to the KEF Q series. Amp is a Denon 6200 which has 2 sub outputs. I do use miniDSP for both subs.

My questions:

- Has anybody played around with port, EQ and Q settings with two subs and ended up setting them each differently?

- Perhaps one set for punchy mid bass with another set for lower frequencies?

- Will different settings cause issues with overall performance in the room?

- And finally, for those of you running two of these subs, what is your favorite port, EQ and Q settings for home theater?

Thanks!
