VTF-3 MK5 amp, does it fit VTF-3 MK2?
My amp is blown in my VTF-3 MK2. I need a replacement amp. Will the current VTF-3 MK5 amp fit the VTF-3 MK2? What are my replacement options?

Hi there,

Sorry to hear that Hans. It will fit, however, it would not match up well with that driver. I recommend going with the VTF-3 Mk4 amplifier instead.

The amp of my VTF-3 Mk 4 was destroyed by a lightning strike on the house. I was able to buy a replacement amp at the Hsu Research HQ. The cost was $175. The Mk 4 was the current model at the time (2014).
