VTF-1 MK2 best settings for AVR-3313CI?

I currently have a Denon AVR-3313CI and a HSU Research VTF-1 MK2 subwoofer and I'm fairly new to the setup on these. Can anyone give me feedback on best manual settings for this subwoofer on the AVR? By the way I might mention that I have a pair Ascend Acoustics CMT-340 SE mains, an Ascend Acoustics CMT-340 center, and a pair of Ascend Acoustics CBM-170 back end bookshelf monitor speakers.

On the AVR, just make sure your speakers are set to small, crossover 80 Hz. If it has an LFE crossover, 120 Hz is a good setting. Make sure your sub is enabled and check the distance correction to make sure the sub is in phase with your speakers.
