Indroducing the VTF-3 Mk5 HP

At the New York Audio Show 2014, Hsu Research unveiled a new subwoofer, alongside the VTF-15H Mk2, that sets a new standard in price for performance, the VTF-3 Mk5 HP. The VTF-3 Mk5 HP has now been fitted with the new 15" high excursion driver featured on the VTF-15H Mk2, as well as a 600w continuous amplifier. Designed to give you up to 3 dB more output than the VTF-15H Mk1, the VTF-3 Mk5 HP is a powerhouse at a great price. Specifications: Amplifier - 2000w short-term, 600w continuous amplifier with a class A/B output stage/switching power supply, featuring a custom EQ, soft clipping, subsonic filtering, phase switch, 24dB/oct low-pass adjustable Linkwitz-Riley crossover, continuously variable Q control, high-level inputs, unbalanced inputs Driver - Newly Redesigned 15" ultra high excursion driver, with double the magnet of the original VTF-15H, and a diecast frame. Enclosure - 24" x 17" x 21.25" H x W x D (add 1" to H for feet and 2" to D for heat sink and grille) featuring rounded corners with a smooth, matte, satin-black finish.
