Help deciding on a Sub

I need help deciding on what Sub to get. I have a 26' x 14' room with 9' ceilings if I include the dining area. Otherwise, the listening area is 14' X 14'. I have an Onkyo TX-NR809 7.1 Surround Receiver. I am debating if I should get the VTF-2 MK4 or the VTF-3 MK4. Besides power is there a difference between the two?

The differences between the VTF-3 MK4 and VTF-2 MK4 are that the latter has two 4" internal diameter ports that bend internally in the cabinet (vs. two 3" internal diameter ports that are straight), 16/22Hz port tuning frequency (vs. 18/25Hz port tuning frequency), 350w continuous amp power (vs. 250w continuous amp power), 21.5"x17"x25" enclosure excluding 1" tall feet and 0.75" thick grille (vs. 20.5"x15"x22" enclosure excluding 2" tall feet), side-firing driver (vs. down-firing driver), disc feet (vs. spiked feet).

In your space, I'm sure either would be very impressive!
