Is the original test tone cd downloadable? Lost mine.

I just ordered a 3.3, and don't recall seeing a test tone CD. Should it be in the box?

Yes it was a custom burned cd they include.

Actually it might be in the plastic with your invoice instead of in the box.

Does anyone know if it was supposed to be included with a VTF 3 MK 2 as well? I don't recall seeing one at all. I should check the packaging again, I suppose.

My CD is as good as lost. What type of data format is it in? It would not play in my DVD/CD player. I think I figured out that I would need some version of Nero in order to convert it to a playable format. Is that right? Do I need to purchase a software program just to use my free CD? How did the rest of you play your disc?

I had the same problem with my first disc. I called HSU and they sent another one out. The CD they sent me was on another type of blank disc and works perfect. Maybe a bad batch of discs?

You can download the 16 ~ 250 Hz warble tones from the HSU/BAS Test CD here:

Simply load these files up in iTunes and burn a CD.
There are metadata tags to help users identify what frequency each track is.
