Question Needed connections to setup Ventriloquist VT-12 and STF-2

Hello all. I am a newbie and need a comprehensive list of wires and connections to connect Onkyo TX-SR601. What gauge, banana plugs and quantity. Fronts will be 10 ft away. Surrounds will be 25 ft. Rear 30 ft. Thanks
