Some pics I would like to share.
I just built a new house and have all Paradigm speakers with my VTF3-MK2 and RXV-2400 in my den/home theatre. I must say that my den sounds wonderful. The sound is simply amazing. I went back and started listening to old cds and heard things I had never heard before. I was so impressed I ordered a set of V-12s and a STF-1 for my screened in porch to go with an Onkyo 601. I was reluctant at first to order the little STF-1 but I was tight on space and it was all my wife would tolerate. Much to my surprise my screened in porch absolutely rocks. I am a bass junky and I was really surprised at the volume and extension of the STF-1. The V-12s are also very musical playing both clean and loud. The acoustics on the porch is terrible but the little speakers do an awesome job. You can crank it up and fill the deck and whole back yard with sound if you choose to do so. The V-12s are not Paradigms but they cost one tenth as much and do a helluva job of hanging pretty darn close. I even went back and ordered a b-stock VTF-2 and V-12 combo that I am planning on installing in my playroom. My hat is off to Dr.Hsu for doing such an outstanding job. I attached a few pics for funzies. If you like music like I do you will enjoy these speakers.

Cool. No fat bass because all the bass flys out into the yard.
So when is the Member's system forum coming back? |

Is that a wireless connection to the STF-1? My next question would be does it sound good, but I guess you already answered that.
Nice pics. |

Lwang,
The bass stays pretty well contained due to the screening and the tile floor, however, not as well as inside. And that cone shaped thing is a remote booster. The Onkyo and the Yamaha are in the built ins on either side of the fireplace. Michael |

Looks really good. But no pads or rugs under the feet/spikes?

I bought some heavy duty felt pads at Lowes and put under the spikes.

I envy the cool blue HSU logo on your VTF-3. I received my VTF-3 back in April but the blue logo was discontinued by then.

I know what you mean. I have one VTF-3 II with the lit logo and am looking for another to match, but you can't get 'em anymore.
