Concerned with Refund Status
Sorry to be a bother, but I have not been receiving any repsonses lately via email.
Awhile back, I purchased a pair of HB-1's to demo. While I enjoyed the speakers, I decided to go another direction. I returned the speakers for RMA via the method requested by HSU in an email, and UPS confirms that the speakers were delivered 3 weeks ago on Novemeber 8th. Approximately 2 weeks ago, I requested a status update and was told via email that the speakers had been received and I would get an email when the RMA had been processed. 5 days ago I sent an email request for an update on when my return would be processed but I still have not received a response. I am not expecting an instant turn around, but the speakers were received back by HSU 3 weeks ago and I have still not received a refund. Can someone please assist me? I am unsure of how long the RMA process should take. Thanks, Bryan Chin-Foon |

Hi Bryan,
We are sorry for the delay in processing your RMA. Unfortunately, due to the holidays we have accumulated a larger than normal lead time in processing RMAs, as we try to fufill the influx of orders. According to one of my associates who spoke to you on the phone earlier, your RMA should be refunded to you by the end of this week.
