VTF-2 Plugging ports
Hello,
I just received my brand new VTF-2 MK4, and when reading the instructions, it mentioned there is a listening mode that needs both ports to be plugged. I only received 1 foam plug. Is there any way to get a 2nd plug, and is it needed? What are the best settings for use with music, as well as movies, meaning how many ports should be plugged, and EQ1, or EQ2?

Hi bkrieger,

Please give us a call tomorrow at 1-714-666-9260 (9am-5pm pacific time) to get the second port plug. With respect to operating modes, in the owner's manual we give some recommendations based on room size, playback levels, and listening preferences, but feel free to experiment there!
