LFE output split 3 ways. Ok for bass optimizer?

I have a single LFE output jack on the back of my receiver. I know it is not optimal. But I have two Y cables setup to split the LFE output 3 WAYS. One output to my current sub, two outputs to an old prologic amp that is driving two channels of bass shakers. Current setup works fine.

If I upgrade to a 1220 and bass optimizer and a single channel power amp... The bass optimizer will replace the current sub connection, but still be sharing the LFE output split with the two bass shaker channels.

I have my receiver LFE level booster up (but not to max) a bit to compensate for the LFE fan out.

Will this work with the Bass Optimizer?

That will work out fine. Any low level loss can be offset by increasing the output slightly.

No input/output impedance issues with splitting the signal?

Would I be better off running the output of the Receiver LFE directly into the Bass Optimizer (set for stereo) and then using the Left output of the Bass Optimizer to feed the power amp / TN1220 and the right output of the bass optimizer with a single Y spliter to drive the L/R Bass Shaker channels?

I know that this would cause the Bass Optimizer to boost the bass going into the bass shakers, but I think that this is no big deal for them.

Basically I am using the bass optimizer as a LFE distribution amp in addition to its normal function.

What do you all think?
